Ayin Press is committed to cultivating conversations across borders of history and identity in order to forge ties of common interest and envision shared futures. We seek to publish a polyphony of voices from within and beyond the Jewish world.

A folio is a collection of works related by theme, medium, or process. Folios can be the work of a single author/artist, or a collective effort of multiple contributors. Not too short, not too long. Like a zine or a chapbook for the internet.
Curators, writers, editors, and artists are welcome to pitch folios that work within one genre or experiment with a multiplicity of mediums. We want to see digital zines, chapbooks of essays and poems, multimedia exhibitions made for the internet, dialogues and exchanges, sketchbooks, and compilations of linked works in any style or form.
Send us your folio pitches here.
Speculative Theology Book Series
Ayin’s Speculative Theology series publishes work that springs from the depths and margins of human spirituality. Whether emerging from within a particular wisdom tradition or dreaming beyond its current borders, each text is a testament to the impossible art of naming what cannot be fully named: experiences of the divine, the hidden, the infinite. We curate works committed to reimagining ritual, prayer, hermeneutics, mitzvot; to wrestling with faith and its absence; to seeding many possible spiritual futures.
Please submit your Speculative Theology book proposal or manuscript here.
Ayin Press is looking for visual art to accompany our text-based digital and print publications. If you would like us to consider publishing any of your original images in this way, please submit them here. Honoraria will be decided on an individual basis following acceptance and proposed usage.
